Welcome to Trullo Asinello, our little piece of paradise in the heart of the Itria Valley in Puglia

We are Patrick and Astrid, two Italian lovers who, after more than twenty years of traveling through Bella Italia, have fallen in love with the south, Puglia. A region where life is still pure, where people welcome you with open arms, and where every meal is a feast of flavors, aromas, and stories.

During one of our trips, we instantly fell in love with the Itria Valley in Puglia. The rolling hills covered in olive trees, the authentic villages steeped in culture, and of course, the magical trulli with their characteristic white pointed roofs. It was clear: we wanted to build something beautiful here. After a long search, we found our dream location in Martina Franca. An old trullo, a lamia, and a dilapidated villa, nestled in the greenery, centrally located among all the region's cultural gems. For the past five years, we've spent every vacation lovingly restoring this trullo and creating three charming holiday apartments: two cozy double apartments and one spacious four-person apartment. Everything is done with an eye for detail, comfort, and the charm of authentic Italian life.

Patrick was a baker for many years, and Astrid ran her own clothing store for 26 years. Now we're changing course. We want our guests to share in the life we ​​embrace here: a place where you can unwind, enjoy nature, food, wine, and, above all, each other.
